Iris Wellness Helps adolescents, teens, and adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions through compassionate outpatient care. Their well-rounded programs make sure clients receive the support they need through individual counseling, group therapy, experiential therapy, and holistic treatment.
Iris Wellness places a strong emphasis on providing for the mind, body, and soul of each individual we serve. They provide individualized, holistic treatment that is tailored to each patient. The extra areas Iris can customize include alumni/aftercare, peer support, and life skills. Our primary goal is to address the underlying causes of mental illness and addiction.
Iris Wellness Group offers a short-term intensive outpatient program with an all-encompassing therapy plan that provides structure while treating acute symptoms. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a step down from partial hospitalization (PHP), offering individual and group therapy 3-5 days a week. The lowest level of care is Hope Harbor Wellness' Outpatient Program (OP) with options for virtual telehealth sessions.
