Integrative Life Center Men's Residential Program

Integrative Life Center (ILC) provides a high level of care for men ages 18+ with their residential treatment program that is an 11-bed lodge set in the rolling hills of West Nashville. The large cabin-style lodge sits on 8 wooded acres and provides a sense of peace and tranquility for the men. The men who participate in residential treatment at ILC receive personalized treatment from over 20 therapies that can help target their specific needs. ILC accepts most forms of insurance and will verify benefits during the intake session.
The highly trained staff at ILC uses an integrative approach by combining holistic and evidence-based therapies into their individual and group counseling sessions. They regularly use eye movement therapy (EMDR) to address trauma, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, music therapy, art therapy, martial arts therapy and more. Additionally, ILC provides a family program for any patient in treatment. Each man receives 2 ½ days of programming that includes the full treatment team and therapist, without additional cost. ILC also conveniently offers a virtual version of this program. During residential treatment, ILC provides a curated meal plan that supports mens’ wellness. Lunches are catered and residents cook dinner together at night to establish collaborative relationships and fellowship.
