Wyoming Behavioral Institute

The Wyoming Behavioral Institute (WBI), located in Casper, Wyoming, is an 81-bed acute care psychiatric hospital offering comprehensive mental health services for children aged 5 and older, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The facility treats conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, self-harm, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
WBI offers a continuum of care, including inpatient hospitalization, trauma-informed residential care for girls aged 10–17, and outpatient services. Treatment options include individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), medication management, expressive art therapy, and family therapy.
