Wisconsin Wellness

Wisconsin Wellness, located in Appleton, Wisconsin offers case management, biopsychosocial assessments, brainspotting, and various therapies to asses and treat mental health and substance use disorders. They offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP), 1-on-1 therapy, and group therapy. They also offer family therapy using an internal family systems (IFS) approach to transform unhealthy family dynamics.
Wisconsin Wellness will create patient-centered treatment plans to address individuals' needs. Plans can include somatic experiencing, trauma-focused therapies, expressive therapies, yoga and more. Some of the group therapies they offer are process groups, psychoeducational groups, family groups, LGBTQ groups, and victims of domestic violence groups.
