WD Recovery and Wellness Center

WD Recovery & Wellness Center has helped individuals overcome eating disorders, personality disorders, and co-occurring addictions, where one compulsive behavior replaces another. The center offers partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, providing structured care for lasting recovery.
They combine evidence-based therapies with holistic healing approaches. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and internal family systems (IFS) help individuals identify and change harmful thought patterns. Yoga, meditation, art therapy, and equine-assisted therapy promote emotional healing and self-discovery.
