Vinland National Center

Located just a mile away from the Van Cleve Park in Northeast Minneapolis, Vinland National Center provides outpatient care for adults recovering from drug addiction, alcohol use, and gambling. The program supports people who benefit from a slower pace and clear structure. Services include assessments, individual and group sessions, and both in-person and telehealth options to support recovery in a flexible, accessible setting.
Vinland National Center’s outpatient program uses trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention. Staff tailor sessions to different learning styles and pace the material to help participants retain key recovery skills. One-on-one counseling, group discussions, and mindfulness practices help adults focus on stability and long-term recovery goals.
