The Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center supports Veterans facing substance use challenges, PTSD, depression, and other mental health conditions. Services include outpatient therapy, inpatient treatment, and 24-hour residential rehabilitation for those dealing with trauma, homelessness, or addiction. Veterans across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho can access care through clinics and telehealth sites, with a strong focus on recovery and stability.
Veterans receive care in safe, inclusive settings using evidence-based therapies and personalized treatment plans. Support includes individual and group counseling, medication management, psychiatric care, and creative arts therapies. Specialized programs help those experiencing military sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, or identity-based stress.
