Tulsa Boys' Home

Tulsa Boys’ Home is Oklahoma’s oldest and largest residential treatment center for boys ages 13–18. It serves youth placed by the Department of Human Services and those enrolled in a private Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. The home provides care for emotional trauma, behavioral challenges, and substance use disorders. It’s distinguished by a holistic care model rooted in over 100 years of experience.
Their treatment approach is built on the belief that past trauma affects behavior and healing happens through connection. Boys receive counseling, group therapy, and family sessions, along with unique therapies like equine therapy. These programs help build confidence, social skills, and emotional strength so boys can reconnect with themselves and others in healthy, positive ways.
Residents live on a 168-acre rural campus with access to an on-site school, recreational activities, and a structured daily routine. Boys attend classes through Sand Springs Public Schools and can catch up on credits through the Virtual Learning Academy. With sports, arts, and animal therapy, Tulsa Boys’ Home offers a safe, stable environment that supports growth and lifelong change.
