The Healing Place - Campbellsville Campus

The Healing Place is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing recovery services for adults struggling with addiction. Initially founded as a homeless shelter and medical clinic for men, it has evolved into a nationally recognized recovery center serving nearly 1,000 men and women daily at no cost to clients. The organization operates on a peer-driven social model that emphasizes empowerment and community support, aiming to eliminate barriers to recovery for men.
The Campbellsville campus is a 100-bed, long-term program for men. The facility offers a social model approach to recovery, emphasizing the 12-Step method. The program can span anywhere from six to nine months, with continuing care provided as clients prepare for discharge. The Healing Place also engages with the local community of Campbellsville, collaborating with local businesses and agencies to provide housing, clothing, and job opportunities.
