The Foundation Clinic

Established in 2001, The Foundation Clinic has been committed to helping clients recover from addiction. They offer medical detox, inpatient treatment, and an outpatient program that is part of their aftercare services. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), recovery coaching, and a humanistic approach to treatment. Clients receive support through individual counseling, group education, coaching, and process work groups. The inpatient program's focus is on understanding the biopsychosocial model of addiction, learning practice tools and approaches to long-term recovery, developing coping skills, and connecting with a community. The program includes medical detox as well as ongoing group aftercare treatment and support. The outpatient aftercare program is available for 12 months, and families are invited to attend the session on Wednesday afternoon. Outpatient care helps clients create a strong recovery plan rooted in peer support, recovery coaching, and on-going education.
