The Arroyos Treatment Centers

The Arroyos is a doctor owned mental health facility that specializes in psychological disorders, addiction, and high-risk patient management. The Arroyos treats individuals who have been diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or a psychotic spectrum disorder. Treatment is done in an outpatient setting in Pasadena, California. During this time, clients will undergo an initial assessment where a personalized treatment plan is made. Treatment includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), couples therapy, family and group therapy, and medication management. The Arroyos also offers Telehealth appointments where clients can receive treatment remotely with a schedule that works for them.
Sessions at The Arroyos range from $180 to $360 per session. Therapists will work closely with the client to create an individualized treatment plan that works for them.
