Along with substance use disorder, Sun Villas Recovery helps clients struggling with co-occurring disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), gambling addiction, anger issues, grief, and more. Sun Villas Recovery’s private location allows for an immersive healing experience, separate from the outside world. Clients will retain their privacy during treatment and can access work tasks to maintain professional responsibilities.
Sun Villas specializes in treatment for executives. They strive to meet clients’ work and confidentiality needs. Individual therapy ensures that private information is kept solely between clients and their treatment providers. Clients receive 40-50 hours of individual therapy during their stay. They offer evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Sun Villas Recovery allows internet and technology access to help keep clients connected to work. Residential stays range from 10 to 90 days, though the total time in treatment is ultimately up to the client's needs. Sun Villas Recovery’s aftercare program includes 8-10 hours of individual sessions with their therapist.
Sun Villas Recovery clients enjoy various activities, including swimming, boating, fishing, hiking at the nearby State Park, or walks through the garden. In addition, the property's professional chef provides nutritious meals, and a library and fitness center offer additional opportunities for recreation and relaxation.
