SSM Health Treffert Center - Fond du Lac

SSM Health addresses substance use and mental health challenges within the community, including the national opioid crisis. With a range of specialized programs and medically monitored services, SSM Health provides high-quality care tailored to each client's needs.
SSM Health's Treffert Centers specialize in providing strength-based autism support, including support for clients under 6, using applied behavioral analysis (ABA) and the early start Denver model (ESDM) to help with relationships. Their Treffert Center on the west side of Fond du Lac also employs an occupational therapist and a speech-language pathologist.
The program offers a comprehensive range of services for various illnesses, including mental healthcare and addiction treatment. They offer adult and adolescent intensive outpatient program with group therapy and psychiatric services, as well as outpatient group therapy.
Their mental health and substance use treatment is available on Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Some of their services are also available during extended hours.
Clients can access care notes during and after treatment by logging into MyChart, their client portal.
