Southern Plains Behavioral Health Services (SPBHS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to individuals facing both short- and long-term challenges. Serving Todd, Tripp, Gregory, and Mellette counties in South Dakota, SPBHS offers services through its main office and satellite clinics. No one is turned away due to financial hardship, with discounts available based on income and family size.
