South Coast Recovery provides a 12-Step program rooted in individualized treatment programs, group therapy, family involvement, life skills, recreational activities, and group workshops. Their continuum of care includes residential, outpatient,and sober living. Treatment plans are always personalized to the individual's needs addressing addiction co-occurring codependency and sex addiction, and more.
A typical day involves at least one individualized, 1-on-1 counseling session with a designated counselor per week. The facility also conducts numerous group sessions daily, each focusing on specific topics relevant to the clients' recovery journey. These group sessions serve as a platform for open discussion and mutual support.
Situated on an 11-hectare tropical coastline, the facility offers separate accommodations for male and female clients who partake in the program together. Rooms typically host 2-4 clients with many featuring en-suite facilities. Nutrition is meticulously managed through a 4-week rotating menu designed and approved by a registered dietitian. Religious dietary needs like Halal are catered to, and specific dietary requirements prompt referrals to dietitians for personalized plans. Client privacy is a top priority, ensured through staff confidentiality and an optional Consent to Release Information form for controlling external communication about their progress.
