Shalom Healthcare Center - 34th Street

The 34th Street clinic offers behavioral health services for individuals and families, addressing depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Support is provided through outpatient programs with the option of telemedicine, allowing patients to engage in care in ways that best suit their circumstances. Combining on-site and virtual counseling helps people remain connected to treatment while managing daily responsibilities.
Through HRSA grant funding, Shalom has added five clinical staff who collaborate to deliver behavioral health care.
