Located close to the Pennsylvania border by I-95, Sanare Today North Wilmington treats adults in the Wilmington area with intensive outpatient (IOP) care for mental health disorders like ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma, as well as substance use addictions like alcohol and benzodiazepines. Their treatment pursues the goals of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Their groups include up to 8 people and use coping, skills training, and support.
