Relay Health

Relay is an online program that helps individuals overcome sex and pornography addiction through groups that help people feel connected and not alone in their journey of recovery. The program offers accountability and community with practical tools to help rewire the brain. Relay is for anyone struggling with unwanted sexual patterns or behaviors despite having a clinical diagnosis or not and can help lead to true life transformation.
The program typically takes members 10-15 minutes a day and consists of private groups with 7-8 others, therapist created lessons, real-time guidance, and weekly reviews to prompt reflection. The program helps individuals identify patterns and address root causes of their addiction. While Relay's content focuses on the psychology of the brain, they offer the option of participating in the program with other faith-based individuals for a Christian-based experience.
