Recovia Estrella

Located just off Loop 101 and across from Banner Hospital in West Phoenix, Recovia Estrella treats chronic pain, mental health challenges, and substance use in one outpatient program. Clients meet regularly with a team of licensed therapists, physical therapists, and medical providers who coordinate care under one roof. Services are designed to help adults restore function, reduce pain, and improve emotional well-being.
The center combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), stress reduction, art therapy, and emotional skill building with physical therapy focused on calming the nervous system, improving movement, and easing discomfort. Medical support includes wellness check-ins and non-habit-forming medications to reinforce progress. Together, these services help clients manage pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma with a functional, evidence-based approach.
Clients can access outpatient detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and full-team support for substance use recovery involving opioids, benzos, alcohol, and stimulants. Recovia accepts most Arizona insurance plans including Medicare, and work comp, and offers flexible schedules, payment plans, and transportation assistance to reduce barriers to care and help individuals take charge of their healing journey.
