Provive Wellness believes clients should have an active role in their recovery journey. To maximize the chances of achieving long-lasting wellness, their team of multidisciplinary experts works closely with clients and their loved ones to develop a comprehensive strategy that combines evidence-based therapies, holistic approaches, and a wide array of support services. Treatment modalities can include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (CBT) to help clients develop self-awareness, cope with emotions, change behaviors, and improve relationships. Clients with trauma can participate in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) sessions from an EMDR specialist. Therapy is offered in individual, group, and family formats, and led by trained facilitators with a focus on fostering empathy, support, and the exchange of insights and strategies. Clients are encouraged to take advantage of one-on-one sessions to explore and address specific challenges.
