Pinewood Springs

Located just off North James Campbell Boulevard and near Bigby Creek, Pinewood Springs is a 60-bed mental health and wellness hospital jointly operated by TriStar Health and Maury Regional Medical Center. The center provides residential, day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) care for adults facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Around-the-clock nursing and personalized care plans create a safe, structured environment for healing.
Each patient receives an individualized plan designed by psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses. Treatment includes medication management, group and individual therapy, coping skills training, and psychiatric evaluation. Therapies like art, music, activity, and recreation support emotional expression and stress reduction. Pinewood Springs offers short-term day treatment and IOP programs designed for those stepping down from inpatient care or needing structured support without a hospital stay. These day programs run five days a week and include therapy, medication, and life-skills support. With its patient portal, MyHealthONE, individuals can manage appointments, access records, and stay connected with providers—empowering recovery at every stage.
