During treatment clients will engage in 1-on-1 counseling, art therapy, group therapy, hypnotherapy, life skills, massage therapy, psychodrama therapy, and 12-Step facilitation. For those from overseas entering treatment, a member of the Phoenix staff will meet the client at the airport.

Clients can expect the facilities to be high-quality complete with all the modern amenities like billiards, a hot tub, and an outdoor patio. Inside the luxurious home clients will have the option of private or shared bedrooms along with chef prepared meals.
