Peak Mental Health offers a range of programs that allow clients to maintain their daily routines and prior engagements. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers structured and intensive care, including individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and continuing care. Their standard outpatient program (OP) also includes individual and group therapy in addition to medication management. These programs accommodate individuals with moderate mental health concerns but who do not require round-the-clock supervision.
Using an evidence-based approach, Peak Mental Health incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family therapy, and couples counseling.
