Operation PAR Residential Largo

This provider treats adults with substance use issues involving alcohol, drugs, and opioids through short-term and long-term residential care. Staff address co-occurring mental health needs and accept referrals from families, courts, and legal providers.
This center uses medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, combined with individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, and life skills training. Therapists apply cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and 12-Step facilitation. They also conduct medical exams, psychosocial assessments, and anger management sessions.
Residents live on Largo campus and follow structured schedules with gender-specific groups, onsite education, vocational training, and creative arts therapy. Staff provide drug screening, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination to help each person build recovery tools and prepare for the next step in their treatment path.
