One-Eighty Counseling Garner

Located near the well-known 40/42 interchange in the heart of the Cleveland area, this warm and welcoming center serves clients from Garner, Raleigh, Fuquay-Varina, and nearby towns. They offer outpatient therapy and supports adults and youth facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, and other emotional challenges.
One-Eighty Counseling uses a caring, structured approach built around therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
