New Start Adolescent Addiction Treatment Center

Located near Bronston, Kentucky, provides long-term residential care for youth ages 12–18. It treats teens facing substance use, trauma, and emotional challenges. As part of Sunrise Children’s Services, the center offers Christ-centered care and 24/7 support. Its goal is to help teens heal, grow, and return to safe, loving environments.
New Start uses individual, group, and family therapy to help each teen work through addiction and emotional pain. Licensed therapists meet regularly with the youth, helping them develop healthy coping skills. On-site counseling is paired with spiritual care, making sure that each child receives both emotional and faith-based support.
Teens at New Start live in a structured, home-like setting with personal and shared spaces. They eat healthy meals together and take part in daily routines that include school, group activities, and quiet time. Staff members plan fun on-site events that help the youth build trust, friendships, and confidence while they heal.
