During the stay, clients will have the opportunity to engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma therapy, yoga, art therapy, music therapy, acupuncture, life coaching, career development, peak performance, and more. Nest Healthcare is unique in that it offers care for personal development as well.
