Mountainside provides a robust range of therapy options with qualified staff to find which therapies work best for the individual. Treatment can include individual and group counseling, 12-Step facilitation, anger management, acupuncture, adventure therapy, expressive therapy, healthy living workshops, therapeutic art and writing, and more. Mountainside believes the greatest asset for long-term recovery is a strong support system. They work closely with the client’s family and create support services to help loved ones understand addiction and the recovery process.
