More Smiles

Set on the east side of Madison, More Smiles uses outpatient dental care and mental health therapy to bring smiles to clients. Their mental health program accepts clients on Medicaid or using self-pay if they are under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. They are happy to help justice-involved clients navigate their mental health situation.
Their clinic started offering mental health therapy in 2025 with licensed counselors and volunteers, and they have decades more of experience in providing dental care.More Smiles takes an individualized approach to treatment. They specialize in the evidence-based therapy known as rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and they also can facilitaate other types of cognitive behavior (CBT). Therapy sessions last an hour.
