Montgó Lifestyle is a private mental health retreat, located in the countryside of Costa Blanca, Spain. Their mission is to help client's restore balance in their lives using a personalized and holistic treatment approach. Montgó Lifestyle accepts 5 clients at a time, allowing each client to receive a higher level of care.
Montgó Lifestyle provides specialized care for burnout, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Their multidisciplinary team includes therapists, psychologists, movement therapists, nutrition experts, and coaches, with a coach on-site at all times. Their treatment combines eye movement therapy (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and mindfulness techniques for a well-rounded approach.
Montgó Lifestyle is located near the mountains in the countryside of Javea, Spain, providing a serene environment for clients to recover. Each client can enjoy their own spacious room, private bathroom, and cozy accommodations. In their free time, clients can relax by the scenic pool and outdoor seating areas, enjoy the sauna, or engage in recreational activities, including yoga, walking, and meditation.
