Maison Ila believes that all healing and recovery is a resource found within their mission as healers and facilitators to help guests access the incredible energy within themselves. They achieve this through focusing on the relaxation of the nervous system, activating the parasympathetic system and restoring homeostasis.
Yoga, meditation, inner relaxation, craniosacral therapy, nerve point therapies, marma, chakra balancing, intermittent fasting and forest bathing are some of the pathways that Maison Ila shares with their guests.
Each guests journey is bespoke, discussed and created with Maison Ila's practitioners.
Maison Ila offers 12-Step meetings online or CoDA meetings in house.
