Lion Heart Behavioral Health offers multiple levels of outpatient treatment for individuals seeking recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. They offer an outpatient program, day treatment, and a night program using proven therapies including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Their outpatient program is 1-2 sessions a week for 1-5 hours for those having mild symptoms and only requiring on-going maintenance or step-down care. They offer day treatment and a night program for more intensive support. The day treatment is 5 days for several hours each day while their night program is 3-5 days a week during the evening for a total of 9-15 hours a week. This program is most ideal for those who have moderate symptoms and need to balance other commitments with recovery. Lion Heart's day and night programming consist of 1-on-1 counseling, group therapy, and other therapeutic activities.
