Life Connections Perry

Located in Dallas County, slightly northwest of Des Moines, Life Connections Perry offers outpatient care for children, teens, and adults facing mental health challenges. They serve clients as young as 18 months, using age-appropriate therapies in clinics, schools, homes, and online.
