Legacy Healing Center Veloz is a rehabilitation center in Tarzana, just west of Los Angeles. They have a full continuum of care to treat adults with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Legacy Healing Center offers medical detox, a residential program, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a partial hospitalization program (PHP).
