Lad Lake Dousman Campus

Lad Lake’s Dousman Campus provides residential and therapeutic care for youth who have experienced trauma, neglect, addiction, or challenges related to foster care and family instability. Located in Dousman, Wisconsin, the campus offers a structured and supportive setting where young people can begin to heal and rebuild stability. Each program follows a trauma-informed, family-focused approach that helps youth develop safety, trust, and coping skills.
The campus includes education, counseling, and individualized life-skills training that encourage healthy growth and self-confidence.
