Journey Treatment Center

Journey Treatment Center supports adults facing addiction and mental health struggles through residential care, social detox, day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient services. Programs last up to 90 days and are guided by professionals with lived experience in recovery. Treatment focuses on restoring the mind, body, and spirit in a structured, compassionate environment.
The center uses evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), EMDR, and motivational enhancement therapy (MET) to help individuals manage emotions, shift thinking, and build coping skills. Holistic approaches including reiki, fitness, and 12-Step support to foster whole-person healing.
Daily life at Journey Treatment Center includes individual and group therapy, physical wellness activities, and expressive outlets like music therapy at Fit to Recover and hip-hop dance classes at Dance Tech Studios. Clients gain confidence, establish healthy routines, and rebuild meaningful connections as they prepare for life beyond treatment. Through consistent support, structured daily activities, and therapeutic engagement, they develop the tools needed to navigate real-world challenges.
