Journey Mental Health Center Yahara House

Journey Mental Health Center provides comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Their clinic-based care includes therapy, assessments, and medication management for both adults and children, with culturally affirming programs like Clinica Latina for Spanish-speaking individuals and Ujima for the African American community. Specialized services also include the Family Preservation Program and Legal Diversion Services for those involved with OWI-related legal issues.
For individuals in crisis, Journey offers 24/7 support through a crisis line, mobile response teams, co-response units, and short-term stabilization. The Resource Bridge connects people to ongoing care, while in-home services help families remain safe and stable.
