Just steps from Milwaukee’s Yankee Hill neighborhood, this outpatient clinic provides mental health care for individuals, families, and children navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional challenges later in life. Licensed professionals offer therapy and medication support in a calm, welcoming setting with free parking and flexible weekday appointments.
They use a evidence-based approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) which help clients strengthen emotional awareness, reduce distress, and improve daily functioning while working through grief, suicidality, ADHD, and long-term mental health needs.
Clients may join small group therapy, school-based counseling, and the Late Life Counseling program, which provides in-home mental health services for seniors across Milwaukee County. New groups form regularly for the Body Neutrality Group and Grief Support Group, which offer guided conversations, shared tools, and emotional connection in a safe, inclusive space.
