Jeremiah’s Inn is a men-only residential treatment center where residents recovering from alcohol addiction engage in peer-led Social Model Recovery and contribute to the community through its on-site Nutrition Center, building accountability, purpose, and connection in early sobriety.
Jeremiah’s Inn offers residential treatment for men with substance use disorder at the ASAM 3.1 level of care, providing 24/7 support in a structured, community-focused setting. The center helps men set healthy goals, change behaviors, and build a lasting recovery through personalized plans, serving over 100 men annually.
They use a social model combined with evidence-based therapies, focusing on strengths and challenges unique to each client. Their approach includes biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, group work, and holistic support like nutrition and volunteerism. This blend ensures recovery addresses mind, body, and community, and fostering motivation.
Residents live in safe, supportive housing with private and shared rooms and bathrooms. Meals are provided daily, and amenities include indoor and outdoor spaces. The center also offers travel support and access to ongoing community programs, helping men transition smoothly toward independent, substance-free lives full of potential and support.
