Iron Bridge Recovery Center

Iron Bridge Recovery combines clinical, psychiatric, medical, and holistic care to treat addiction. They provide medically supervised detox and residential care, beginning treatment with an intensive intake assessment to determine individual treatment needs. Iron Bridge Recovery uses a collaborative approach, combining knowledge and experience to create care plans for each unique client. They use various evidence-based therapies and 12-Step care during treatment.
Iron Bridge Recovery strives to build life skills and coping strategies throughout treatment. They provide medically supervised detox as needed. Their on-staff doctor and nurse manage the process and make adjustments as required. During residential treatment, clients receive:
•1:1 therapy
•6 hours minimum of daily group programming
•12-Step recovery meetings
•Family counseling
•Trauma-informed care
Iron Bridge Recovery’s evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Their therapies help clients with:
•Codependency struggles
•Effects of traumatic brain injuries (TBIs)
•Restorative parenting
•Developing skills for early recovery
Iron Bridge Recovery offers elective treatment options to further personalize their care. These include recreational activities and a choice of support groups. Treatment focuses on the traditional 12 Steps, which highlight Honesty, Open-Mindedness, Willingness, Courage, and Integrity.
