HMHI Downtown Behavioral Health Clinic

Part of the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics, the Huntsman Mental Health Institute Downtown Behavioral Health Clinic (HMHI Downtown) provides outpatient services for individuals of all ages, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health and substance use concerns. Parking is available on-site, and bus lines 2 and 220 stop about a 5 minute walk away.
HMHI Downtown offers assessments for substance use, including DUI evaluations, psychiatric assessments, and neuropsychological testing for conditions such as ADHD and autism. A multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and advanced practice nurses—provides medication management and psychotherapy. Specialized perinatal therapy and support are also available.
