Guidance Center of Lea County - Humphrey House & Autism Clinic

The Guidance Center of Lea County - Humphrey House and Autism Clinic, supports young people facing crisis, mental health challenges, or homelessness. The Humphrey House Campus provides short-term shelter, crisis stabilization, and transitional living for young adults. The Autism Clinic serves children as young as 12 months, offering early autism diagnosis and personalized ABA therapy.
The center uses a whole-health approach that addresses mental, emotional, and developmental needs. Staff deliver 24/7 support, behavioral health therapy, medication management, and life skills training to youth in residential care. The Autism Clinic applies evidence-based ABA therapy to help children with autism build communication, learning, and social skills early in life.
Youth live in a structured, supportive group home environment with constant adult supervision. Those in transitional living programs build independence in semi-private settings. The campus includes indoor areas for learning and recreation and connects youth with community resources that promote positive development. Staff provide meals and daily care to ensure each young person feels safe, supported, and empowered.
