Serving underserved communities, this outpatient center has addressed opioid use disorder since 2014. Through office-based opioid treatment (OBOT), it combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with counseling, offered both virtually and in person. Recovery is built on connection and shared milestones, guided by experienced counselors. The center operates Monday through Thursday and is closed on Fridays and weekends.
The center combines suboxone and buprenorphine medication to ease withdrawal and cravings with weekly group therapy led by licensed counselors. Patients receive personalized care from a supportive team including substance use counselors, recovery support specialists, and clinicians. Intake is quick and often virtual, connecting individuals to medical assessments, medication, and peer support to build lasting recovery and regain life goals.
