Granite Wellness Centers in Auburn offers a full continuum of care, with detox and residential care for adults struggling with substance use, offering medically supervised detox and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to ease cravings and withdrawal symptoms, and a personalized blend of evidence-based individual, group, and family therapies throughout residential care. Their outpatient services include day treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adults and adolescents, with specialized programs for court ordered DUI classes, pregnant women, and single parent women with substance use disorders and their children. This may include parenting classes, anger management, finances and budgeting, technology skills, literacy training, job skill training and placement, and smoking cessation. Clients living in their recovery residences maintain a high level of engagement and participation with a social worker who works closely with individuals toward their goals, providing case management services and resources.
