Gaudenzia Dr. Daniel Snow Halfway House

Gaudenzia’s Dr. Daniel Snow Halfway House is a low-intensity residential treatment program for men with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Their care team uses evidence-based therapies to provide individualized, gender-specific, and person-centered care. They provide a seamless continuum of care to support patients throughout their entire recovery journey, with services available at numerous locations across Pennsylvania. Located in downtown Erie, the house is less than a 10 minute drive from the picturesque Presque Isle Bay, which is part of Lake Erie.
The Dr. Daniel Snow Halfway House offers a safe space for men seeking treatment and offers group and individual therapy sessions. Patients participate in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational enhancement therapy (MET) as part of their treatment plan. In addition, their care team provides family resources, recommendations for alternative outpatient services, and referrals for stable housing. Their care approach is trauma-informed and culture-informed. Gaudenzia is dedicated to creating personalized care plans that are tailored to each individual's history, unique needs, and schedule.
