Gateway Foundation Downers Grove

Established in 1968, Gateway Foundation has helped thousands of patients find freedom from addiction. Gateway now has over 16 centers and is one of the leading addiction facilities in the Illinois area. Gateway at Downer Grove specializes in outpatient addiction treatment and offers high-quality treatment for those needing a flexible plan. Their programs are offered Monday through Thursday 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. During treatment, clients can expect an 8-core, evidence-based curriculum consisting of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), mindfulness therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and dual-diagnosis treatment for patients dealing with co-occurring disorders.
Downer Grove is conveniently located in between Naperville and Chicago, Illinois. While receiving treatment, clients will also have access to several sober activities such as hiking the nearby Hidden Lake Forest Preserve, going zip-lining, and visiting the nearby Adventure Park.
