FAVOR Piedmont

FAVOR Piedmont, located in Lake Wylie and Rock Hill, South Carolina, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting long-term recovery from substance use disorders. They serve the six county areas of South Carolina – York, Lancaster, Cherokee, Chester, Fairfield and Union counties – also known as the Piedmont.
