Enhance Health Group

Set in a suburban neighborhood about 15 miles from the beach, Enhance Health Group offers residential care for adolescents and adults with mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. They also treat eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating, as well as disordered eating that may not meet a formal diagnosis. In addition to these conditions, they can also serve clients with co-occurring alcohol or drug addiction.
Enhance uses evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These approaches help clients manage emotions, build coping skills, and work through trauma. They also use mindfulness practices to support overall well-being.
Clients receive a mix of individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy so they can share experiences, learn from others facing similar challenges, and improve communication.
Clients in the residential program stay in furnished, home-like settings with shared or private rooms and access to nutritious meals.
