Day By Day Renewal

Founded in 2023 by recovery coach John Massey, Day By Day Renewal focuses on helping men overcome sex and pornography addiction, intimacy anorexia, denial, low self-esteem, and emotional disconnection. Grounded in the guiding principles of the 12 Steps and professional certification, John equips men to build lasting recovery and strengthen their pursuit of sobriety.
The center offers individual coaching, group facilitation, and flexible in-person or online sessions designed to meet men where they are. Using affirmations, accountability, and 12-step principles alongside American Association for Sex Addiction Therapy (AASAT) training, John equips clients with strategies for progress. His approach empowers men to achieve lasting growth while overcoming addiction, strengthening relationships, and building self-worth.
