The length of the treatment is also determined by the client's specific needs and can range from 30-90 days. Evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy combined with family involvement, group therapy, and family and marriage counseling if needed. Most individual sessions last 50 minutes while group therapy may last longer. Holistic therapies are also offered in the form of meditation, art and music therapy, experiential therapy, and yoga.
